The ELA Content Coach Mentor will provide group and one-on-one support to district instructional coaches working with middle grades English language arts teachers. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented educator with a strong background in instructional coaching and literacy in middle grades as well as developing and facilitating adult learning experiences. Candidates should be passionate about improving instructional effectiveness and believe in the potential of students, teachers, and districts.
Compensation is competitive with district leadership positions and non-profit sector leadership positions and commensurate with past experience.
